Stupid Dragon Ball/Z/GT characters

There are tons of characters in Toriyama's world of Dragon Ball. Some were awesome and some were just totally lame. We've already had topics on who you think are the best character, episodes, etc. But what about those lame characters?
I think the lamest character is Garlic Jr. Such a stupid character. He was so annoying to look at and listen to. I pretty much skipped watching the whole Garlic Jr. saga. Chaozu is also lame. Along with Puar and Oolong. They are stupid characters that are around all the time but never really do anything useful. Master Roshi isn't useful either in DBZ but at least he adds comedic value to the series. How about you guys? Who do you think are the lamest characters? ---

I hate the crap out of Android 19. His voice made me want to kill something. I also hate that Maron person. She was way to ditzy and annoying. Guldo from the Ginyu Froce was lame too.

the master carrot dude or whatever from dragon ball was the dumbest character in any anime series ever. yajirobe was also completely useless, other than in dragonball. and i have to disagree with susie in that garlic junior was awesome. he was immortal. whats better than that?

mr. satan, guldo, are the 2 dumbest characters in dbz. As for Gt: giru (sounds like a pokemon) and the first 4 shenrons we see. ---

I do not even know WHY Garlic Jr. is even in the TV show, since the movie cannot fit into the storyline. Probably a good thing he was never in the manga... Come to think of it, he wasn't even in LOG 1 or 2! He could have easily been in either of those. Even American-made games can make the right decisions... w0rd

Oh man. I don't know if they'd be the lamest characters, but in DBGT, the Para Brothers. They're hilarious, but they fight by making their opponents dance! It looks so ridiculous. XD I'll have to agree with Dodoria, too. He is definately not visually appealing.

I dunno. I kinda have to say I liked Chaozu, but I don't really have a good reason. But as for lamest character...hmm...I think I'm going to have to go with Hercule's daughter - whatever the heck her name was. She annoyed me so much, I can't even begin to describe it. >< I wanted her to just die. I mean, at least Hercule was slightly amusing!
