[WARNING nudity] Susie's Figure Drawings and realistic paintings

Jin1 brought up the topic of figure drawings so I thought I'd share mine. I hope he share's his too.
The following drawings are all from a live nude model. No photos used. Most of these are around 10 or 20 minute studies. Click to enlarge.     Here's a gesture study (1-5 minute study)  Paintings And here is a painting I did strait up copying a photograph of mine. This was painted in Acrylics. Click to enlarge.  This is a painting I did using reference. I had to create a coral reef illustration that would be appropriate for a National Geographic magazine. I had to hunt down a TON of reference for this. This was my first time ever doing an illustration like this. I think I did pretty well although there are areas for improvement. Click to enlarge  ---

Yeah I like the coral reef one the most also. I love figure drawing though. It's all about motion and gesture and it's so interesting to me.
